Save Time This Summer … (And Still Get It All Done)
Summer always reminds me how valuable time really is. The days are long, but somehow still packed. Between client work, family time, and just trying to stay cool—efficiency becomes the name of the game.
So this month, I’m sharing a few of my favorite time-saving tools. These aren’t just trendy apps—I’m talking about things I actually use to help me move through the week with less chaos and more clarity.
Toggl – A simple time tracker that helps me see where my hours are really going. If you’ve ever ended a day wondering what you even did…this will show you.
ClickUp – I like having one hub where I can brain-dump ideas, track content, and organize client tasks. Everything in one place means fewer tabs and way less mental clutter.
TidyCal – Because back-and-forth scheduling is a time-thief. Setting clear availability and letting people book on their own keeps my inbox calmer (and my boundaries clearer).
Canva Templates – Once I’ve got a few branded templates for things like LinkedIn posts, stories, or newsletters, it’s rinse and repeat. I’m not reinventing the wheel every time I post.
Bottom line: More time doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing things smarter. This season, give yourself the gift of ease.
