Hello… I’m Brenda,

I have nearly 38 years of direct client interaction, running a business, and managing all the responsibilities that come with it, including the more tedious tasks related to employees and inventory. Without a virtual assistant, I handled everything myself. After COVID, I expanded my skill set and launched VA-Solutions, my virtual assistant business.

I’m personable, time-conscious, hard-working, and goal-oriented, with a particular passion for tasks that others may not enjoy. My clients value the time they spend with me. I’m also highly detail-oriented and a perfectionist—but not in a procrastinating way. I work diligently to accomplish whatever is necessary.

In addition to my technical abilities, I bring strong soft skills to the table. I manage my time effectively, ensuring reliability and consistent communication. Building strong relationships is a priority, and my work ethic is second to none. I’m committed to every task I undertake.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, I worked in the trades. The life skills and professionalism I developed through those years have shaped my approach to work and people. Hard work is ingrained in me, as it has been passed down through generations in my family.

In my personal time, I enjoy gardening, indulging in chocolate, and spending quiet moments knitting, crafting, exploring genealogy, and traveling with my partner of 10 years, Andrew. I’ve recently tried kayaking and would love to make it a regular hobby!
